PRODUCTS FEATURES
1. The transmission interface of the planetary gear adopts a full complement needle roller design without a cage, which increases the contact area to improve structural rigidity and output torque.
2. The reduction mechanism adopts a helical gear design. Its gear meshing ratio is more than twice that of ordinary spur gears, featuring smooth operation, low noise, high output torque, and low backlash.
3. Gear strength is analyzed using the ANSYS finite element method. Meanwhile, profile modification and lead correction are applied to the gear tooth surface to reduce impact and noise during meshing, and to extend the service life of the gear system.
4. The gears are made of high-quality alloy steel and subjected to carbonitriding treatment, achieving optimum wear resistance and impact toughness.
5. The planet carrier and output shaft adopt an integrated dual-support structure to ensure maximum torsional rigidity.
6. The sun gear and input shaft adopt an integrated structure to ensure maximum torsional rigidity and backlash-free power transmission at high input speeds.
